Glass Tile Warehouse Shipping Policies

At Glass Tile Warehouse, we pride ourselves on fast and efficient shipping.  We know you are eager to receive your order for your kitchen tile, bathroom tile or pool tile project.  Our goal is to exceed your expectations.  With that in mind, orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of receipt.  Orders placed before 2pm EST typically ship same day, but at times may take up to two (2) days due to high order volumes.  All orders are processed in the order which they are received.

LIMITED TIME FREE FREIGHT OFFER:

For a limited time, ALL ORDERS will be shipped free of charge within the Continental United States regardless of size via standard ground or LTL service as chosen by Glass Tile Warehouse.

Orders may be shipped via any of our expedited shipping options as buyers expense.  Expedited shipping options and their cost will appear in the cart automatically once the 'Ship to' address is entered.

ORDERS OVER $250:

All tile orders over $250.00 include free shipping within the continental United States via standard ground or LTL service as chosen by Glass Tile Warehouse.  Please contact our customer service department to discuss international and expedited shipping options for orders over $250.00.

ORDERS UNDER $250:

Tile orders will be shipped using FedEx Ground; larger orders may require LTL service.  Bulk and/or case sales will be shipped using the most economical method for the order size.  Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery within the continental United States.  Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

SAMPLES:

$3.50 sample cost includes shipping within the continental United States, no additional shipping costs will be added to sample orders.  Tile samples are shipped via USPS First Class or FedEx Ground.  Please contact our customer service department for international and expedited shipping options for sample orders.
