Glass Tile Warehouse welcomes returns on stock items up to 60 days after their original purchase date.
In the event you need to return all or a portion of your order, please contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. All returns on glass tile and other products must be accompanied by an RMA number; returns without authorization may delay processing of your return. Contact our customer service department at

Any unused products returned in good unused condition will incur a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured. Original shipping charges will be refunded in the case of defective materials received.
ALL ORDERS SHOULD BE INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT. GTW is unable to accept returns on used or partially used products. Use constitutes acceptance. All special order and clearance sales are final.
