What is the shipping method used for my order?
Glass Tile Warehouse standard shipments are shipped via FedEx Ground or LTL Common Carrier depending upon the size of your order. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Unlike our competitors, all orders placed by 1pm EST are shipped same day. Go to FedEx.com to find transit time between Florida and your location.
Do you accept International Shipments?
Yes. We offer glass tile to customers around the globe. Orders outside of the United states may be phoned in and are shipped via FedEx Ground or LTL common carrier. Additional duties and charges collected are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us at 1-877-247-6489 to get shipping estimates for all other countries.
Can I return the tile if I don’t like it?
Yes. We accept returns on stock items within 14 days of purchase. All special non-stock orders and clearance sales are final. All orders should be inspected for defects upon delivery of your order.. Items returned in good condition will incur a 20% restocking fee. If an item is defective, we will replace and ship the item at our cost. Use constitutes acceptance. Please call customer service at 1-877-247-6489 for a Return Authorization number prior to shipping any material back to us. Refer to our return policy for more information.
What applications are suitable for glass tile?
Glass tile can be installed anywhere that other tile may be used. Most common applications are interior and exterior walls, vanity tops, countertops, backsplashes, tub/shower surrounds, swimming pools and light residential floors. Be sure to check our installation guide and learn how to tile a backsplash.
Will the tiles fade or deteriorate over time?
No. All tile sold at Glass Tile Warehouse is frost proof and chemical resistant, and all color is either ‘through body’ or kiln fired which means it will never fade, peel or crack over time.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No. There is no minimum order quantity for stocked products. Clearance items are sold by the box.
Are all of the tiles exactly the same?
No. Tile size and sheet size are very consistent. Shade variation is a distinct characteristic of all glass mosaic tiles and is and inherent aspect that adds to the beauty of your installation.
Should I consider ordering more tile than what the job calls for?
We recommend you order 5%-10% more than your job requires.
What if I do not want to give my credit card number over the internet?
